How to plant seeds

1. Scoop some soil and put it in your yogurt container.

2. Swipe off the extra soil.

3. Push down the soil.

4. Pick one of the black seed pods

5. Pull out the flax seeds.

6. Sprinkle a pinch of soil on top of the flax seeds.
